| 目的：观察中药熏蒸联合关节松动术治疗胫骨平台骨折术后关节僵硬的临床疗效。 方法：将 2019 年 1 月 ~2020 年 4 月
福建省福州市第二医院康复医学科诊治的 50 例胫骨平台骨折术后关节僵硬患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各 25 例。 对照组在常
规康复治疗基础上予关节松动术治疗，观察组在常规康复治疗基础上予中药熏蒸联合关节松动术治疗。 评估两组患者治疗 4 周、 8
周后的膝关节疼痛评分和 Lyshlom 评分，以及治疗 8 周后的临床疗效。 结果：治疗 4 周后，两组疼痛评分低于治疗前（ P ＜0.05 ），
Lyshlom 评分高于治疗前（ P ＜0.05 ）；观察组疼痛评分低于对照组（ P ＜0.05 ）， Lyshlom 评分高于对照组（ P ＜0.05 ）。 治疗 8 周后，观
察组疼痛评分低于对照组和同组治疗 4 周后（ P ＜0.05 ）， Lyshlom 评分高于对照组和同组治疗 4 周后（ P ＜0.05 ），观察组临床疗效亦
优于对照组（ P ＜0.05 ）。结论：中药熏蒸联合关节松动术能显著减轻胫骨平台骨折术后关节僵硬患者膝痛，改善膝关节功能，提高临

| Objective:%To%observe%the%clinical%effect%of%herbal%fumigation%and%steaming%combined%with%joint%mobilization%therapy%in%
treatment%of%joint%stiffness%after%tibial%plateau%fracture%surgery.%Methods:%From%January%2019%to%April%2020,%50%patients%with%joint%stiffness%
after%tibial%plateau%fracture%surgery%were%diagnosed%and%treated%in%the%depantment%of%rehabilitation%medicine,%Fuzhou%second%Hospital,%
Fujian%Province%and%randomly%divided%into%the%control%group%and%the%observation%group,%with%25%cases%in%each%group.%The%control%group%
received%the%joint%mobilization%therapy%on%the%basis%of%conventional%rehabilitation,%the%observation%group%received%the%herbal%fumigation%
and%steaming%combined%with%joint%mobilization%therapy%on%the%basis%of%conventional%rehabilitation.%The%VAS%scores%and%Lyshlom%scores%
were%evaluated%respectively%at%4%weeks%and%8%weeks%after%treatment,%as%well%as%the%clinical%efficacy%at%8%weeks%after%treatment.%Results:%4%
Weeks%after%treatment,%the%VAS%scores%of%the%two%groups%were%significantly%lower%than%pre-treatment% ( P ＜0.05);%the%Lyshlom%scores%of% %
two%group%were%significantly%higher%than%pre-treatment.%The%VAS%scores%of%the%observation%group%were%significantly%lower%than%that%of%the%

Weeks%after%treatment,%the%VAS%scores%of%the%observation%group%were%significantly%higher%than%that%of%the%control%group%and%4%weeks%ago%
( P ＜0.05);%the%Lyshlom%scores%were%significantly%higher%than%that%of%the%control%group%and%4%weeks%ago% ( P ＜0.05).%The%clinical%efficacy%of%
the%observation%group%was%better%than%that%of%the%control%group.%Conclusion:%The%herbal%fumigation%and%steaming%combined%with%joint%
mobilization%therapy%can%significantly%relieve%knee%pain%of%the%patients%with%joint%stiffness%after%postoperative% tibial% plateau% fracture%
surgery,%improve%the%knee%function%and%clinical%efficacy. |
