      目的 分析广州市番禺区近4年来发生的食物中毒相关数据,了解番禺区食物中毒中的流行特征,以此提高番禺区食物中毒的识别、防控能力。方法 S收集2016年1月至2019年12月番禺区疾病预防控制中心接报的食物中毒事件的数据,运用EXCEL表格统计中毒事件具体发生特征,总结发生的时间、症状表现,统计中毒致病菌。结果 17起细菌性食物中毒事件中沙门氏菌引起的有4起、副溶血性弧菌引起的有9起、金黄色葡萄球菌引起的有4起。共224例患者,其中119例患者出现呕吐症状、180例患者出现腹痛症状,185例患者出现腹泻症状、68例患者出现发热症状。17起食物中毒事件在4季均会发生,但有季节性分布特征,以第二、三季节为主,发生季节以4~9月份为高发季节;其中9起副溶血性弧菌近半数均发生在9月份。17起食物中毒分布地点依次为食堂9起(52.94%)、餐饮服务单位7起(41.18%)、家庭餐桌1起(5.88%)。结论 了解广州市番禺区近4年来发生的食物中毒具体特征,掌握主要致病菌,可为食物中毒的识别、干预提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the data of food poisoning in Panyu District of Guangzhou in recent four years, and to understand the epidemic characteristics of food poisoning in Panyu District, so as to improve the ability of identification, prevention and control of food poisoning in Panyu District. Methods the data of food poisoning events reported by Panyu Center for Disease Control and prevention from January 2016 to December 2019 were collected. The specific characteristics of poisoning events were analyzed by Excel, and the occurrence time, symptoms and pathogenic bacteria were summarized. Results among 17 cases of bacterial food poisoning, 4 cases were caused by Salmonella, 9 cases by Vibrio parahaemolyticus and 4 cases by Staphylococcus aureus. A total of 224 patients, including 119 patients with vomiting symptoms, 180 patients with abdominal pain symptoms, 185 patients with diarrhea symptoms, 68 patients with fever symptoms. Seventeen food poisoning incidents occurred in four seasons, but with seasonal distribution characteristics, mainly in the second and third seasons, with the high incidence season from April to September; nearly half of the nine cases of Vibrio parahaemolyticus occurred in September. The distribution of the 17 food poisoning cases was in the order of canteen 9 cases (52.94%), catering service unit 7 cases (41.18%), family table 1 case (5.88%). Conclusion understanding the specific characteristics of food poisoning in Panyu District of Guangzhou City in recent 4 years and mastering the main pathogenic bacteria can provide reference for the identification and intervention of food poisoning.
