目的:通过采集江西省不同种植模式的铁皮石斛鲜品,建立铁皮石斛鲜品等级划分标准。方法:对45批铁皮石斛鲜品的外观、口感、节间数、节间距、直径等性状指标进行测定,并对所测数据进行统计分析。结果:建立了以外观、口感、节间距、节间数、直径等作为主要评价指标的铁皮石斛鲜品等级划分标准。结论:该等级划分标准的建立合理、可行,为铁皮石斛鲜品“优形优质”的质量评价体系提供参考,对于铁皮石斛现代化产业发展具有重要现实意义。 |

Objective: By collecting fresh Dendrobium officinale of different planting patterns in Jiangxi Province, the classification standard of fresh Dendrobium officinale was established. Method: The appearance, taste, internode number, internode spacing and diameter of 45 batches of fresh Dendrobium officinale were determined, and the data were statistically analyzed. Result: The classification criteria of fresh Dendrobium officinale based on appearance, taste, internode spacing, internode number and diameter were established. Conclusion: The establishment of the classification standard is reasonable and feasible, which provides a reference for the quality evaluation system of “excellent shape and quality” of fresh Dendrobium officinale, and has important practical significance for the development of modern industry of Dendrobium officinale. |
