      目的 研究SBAR沟通模式对老年危重症患者护理质量及家属满意度的影响。方法 选择2019年1月-2019年3月我院收治的42例老年危重症患者作为对照组,另选择2019年4月-2019年6月我院收治的42例老年危重症患者作为观察组。对照组在患者交接班管理中实行传统沟通模式,观察组在患者交接班管理中实行SBAR沟通模式。对比两组交接班管理护理质量、患者家属和护士对交接班效果的评价。结果 实施后两组护理质量各项内容评分和总分均高于实施前,且观察组护理质量各项内容和总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率(2.38%)略低于对照组(14.29%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组家属满意度(97.62%)高于对照组(80.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中文版护士交接班评估表(NAER)评分(72.56±3.47)分较对照组(65.17±5.12)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对老年危重症患者护理服务中实施SBAR沟通模式,可提高护理质量,降低护理期间不良事件发生率,且可同时提高患者家属满意度。

      Objective To study the effect of situation, background, assessment and recommendation (SBAR) communication model on nursing quality and satisfaction of family members in elderly critically ill patients. Methods 42 elderly critically ill patients who admitted in the hospital from January 2019 to March 2019 were selected as control group, and 42 elderly critically ill patients who admitted in the hospital from April 2019 to June 2019 were selected as observation group. Control group was given traditional communication model during shift management, and observation group was given SBAR communication model during shift management. The nursing quality of shift management, evaluation of patient’s family members and nurses on the handover effect were compared between two groups. Results After the application of SBAR model, the scores of each item of nursing quality and the total scores in two groups were higher than those before the application of SBAR model, and the score of each item of nursing quality and the total score in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse events in observation group (2.38%) was slightly lower than that in control group (14.29%), but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); The satisfaction of family members in observation group (97.62%) was higher than that in control group (80.95%) (P<0.05); The score of Chinese version of Nursing Assessment of Shift Report (NASR) in observation group [(72.56±3.47)points] was higher than that in control group [(65.17±5.12)points] (P<0.05). Conclusion SBAR communication model in nursing service of elderly critically ill patients can improve nursing quality, decrease the incidence of adverse events during nursing, and increase satisfaction of family members of the patients.
