| 目的：探讨运用热敏灸技术治疗残疾人运动员运动损伤后腰痛病的疗效。方法：选取2017年1月~2019年12月集训的80例残疾人运动员运动损伤后腰痛病患者作为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组40例。试验组给予热敏灸治疗，对照组采用TDP电磁波治疗器治疗，观察两组治疗效果及治疗前后的疼痛评分。结果：试验组疗效优于对照组，P＜0.05；治疗后，试验组疼痛评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论：热敏灸治疗具有较好的止痛和改善症状的作用，兼具无创和无兴奋剂的特点，有利于残疾人运动员坚持治疗，为广大残疾人运动员运动损伤后腰痛病提供了一种可靠而有效的治疗方法。 |

| Objective: To explore the curative effect of heat-sensitization moxibustion in the treatment of lumbago disease after sports injury of disabled athletes. Methods: From January 2017 to December 2019, 80 disabled athletes with lumbago disease after sports injury who were trained were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group were treated with heat-sensitization moxibustion, while the control group were treated with TDP electromagnetic wave therapeutic apparatus, observed the two groups' therapeutic effect and pain scores before and after treatment. Results: The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, P＜0.05; after treatment, the pain scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P＜0.05. Conclusion: Heat-sensitization moxibustion has good analgesic and symptom improving effects. It has the characteristics of non-invasive and non-doping. It is conducive to help disabled athletes adhere to the treatment, and provides a reliable and effective treatment method for the majority of disabled athletes with lumbago disease after sports injury. |
