      目的:对天麻蜜环菌深层发酵生产工艺进行优化。方法:以天麻蜜环菌含菌量为指标,以溶解氧、昼夜温差、发酵时间和接种量为单因素,考察各因素对天麻蜜环菌含菌量积累的影响,在此基础上设计正交试验优化深层发酵工艺参数,并对其进行三批验证。结果:天麻蜜环菌发酵最优化发酵工艺参数:溶解氧7mg/L、昼夜温差6℃、发酵时间7d、接种量15%(体积分数)。结论:此工艺可应用于工业化生产。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To optimize the submerged fermentation process of Armillaria mellea. Methods: By taking dissolved oxygen, temperature difference between day and night, fermentation time and inoculation amount as single factors, we take the bacterial count of Armillaria mellea as index to investigate the effects of various factors on the accumulation of Armillaria mellea. On this basis, orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the submerged fermentation process parameters. We conducted three batches of tests for verification. Results: The optimal fermentation parameters of Armillaria mellea were as follows: dissolved oxygen 7mg/L, temperature difference between day and night 6℃, fermentation time 7d, inoculation amount 15% (volume fraction). Conclusion: This process can be applied to industrial production.
