| 目的：研究芍药苷配伍雷公藤甲素对L-02细胞毒性的影响。方法：采用MTT法比较雷公藤甲素单用与雷公藤甲素配伍芍药苷对人肝细胞L-02细胞存活率的影响，以研究芍药苷对雷公藤甲素的减毒作用。结果：雷公藤甲素对L-02细胞的无毒范围在6.250 0 ng/ml以下，芍药苷对L-02细胞的无毒范围在1 000.0 ?滋g/ml以下。芍药苷与雷公藤甲素以1 000:1的比例配伍可降低雷公藤甲素对L-02细胞的毒性作用，减少雷公藤甲素对L-02细胞损伤，提高细胞存活率。结论：配伍芍药苷可降低雷公藤甲素的细胞毒性，这为后期研究和药物比例选择提供了依据。 |

| Objective: Investigation on the effect of triptolide combined with paeoniflorin on the toxicity of L-02 cell. Methods: The effects of triptolide alone and triptolide combined with paeoniflorin on the survival rate of human hepatocytes L-02 cells were compared by MTT method. The attenuated virulence of paeoniflorin on triptolide was investigated. Results: The non toxic range of triptolide to L-02 cells was less than 6.250 0 ng/ml, and the non toxic range of paeoniflorin to L-02 cells was less than 1 000.0 ?滋g/ml. The toxic effect and damage of triptolide on L-02 cells were reduced by the combination of paeoniflorin and triptolide in the ratio of 1 000:1, and cell survival rates were improved. Conclusion: The cytotoxicity of triptolide was reduced by combination of paeoniflorin. And a basis for later research and drug proportion selection were provided by this. |
