| 目的：分析总结刘中勇教授治疗动脉粥样硬化中药处方的用药规律及临床经验。方法：收集并筛选刘中勇教授治疗动脉粥样硬化的临床资料，并以此构建数据库，采用中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）软件进行分析，得出所用高频药物及药物组合，分析出核心组合及新处方。结果：对320张处方的统计分析结果显示，使用次数较高的药物有川芎、党参、炙甘草、白术、法半夏、酸枣仁、茯苓等；前5位高频药对组合为“川芎-酸枣仁”“白术-茯苓”“炙甘草-党参”“白芍-柴胡”“川芎-党参；关联规则包括“枇杷叶→郁金”“远志→酸枣仁”“黄芩，党参→法半夏”等；有14个核心药物组合和7个新处方。结论：刘中勇教授在治疗动脉粥样硬化时重视健脾益气及祛湿化浊的治法，同时强调精准辨证，并根据病情灵活运用疏肝理气、活血化瘀、补益肝肾、清热泄毒等治疗方法。 |

| Objective: Analyzation on the traditional Chinese medicine prescription regularity and clinical experience of professor Liu Zhong-yong in the treatment of atherosclerosis. Methods: The clinical data of professor Liu Zhong-yong in the treatment of atherosclerosis were collected and screened, and a database was based on it. The software of Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform (v2.5) was used for Analyzation, the high-frequency drugs and drug combination were obtained, the core combination and new prescription were analyzed.Results: According to the statistical analysis of 320 prescriptions, the high-frequency drugs were ligusticum wallichii, codonopsis pilosula, prepared radix glycyrrhizae, atractylodes macrocephala, rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, semen ziziphi spinosae and poria cocos; the top 5 high-frequency drug combinations were ligusticum wallichii-Semen ziziphi spinosae, atractylodes macrocephala-poria cocos, prepared radix glycyrrhizae-codonopsis pilosula, radix paeoniae alba-radix bupleuri, Ligusticum wallichii-Codonopsis pilosula; the association rules included “loquat leaf →radix curcumae”, “polygala tenuifolia→semen ziziphi spinosae”, “scutellaria baicalensis, codonopsis pilosula→rhizoma pinellinae praeparata” and so on. There were 14 core drug combinations and 7 new prescriptions. Conclusion: Professor Liu Zhong-yong attaches importance to invigorating spleen and nourishing qi and removing dampness and turbidity in the treatment of atherosclerosis, at the same time, accurate syndrome differentiation was emphasized, and the treatment methods were flexibly usesd such as clearing the liver and Qi, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, tonifying the liver and kidney, clearing away heat and toxin according to the patients' conditions. |
