| 目的：观察针刀调节脊神经及局部松解治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者进行分为两组，对比观察治疗组和对照组的临床疗效。结果：两组治疗后总效率差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05，P ＜0.05）。两组治疗前后VAS评分等差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），P ＜0.05）。结论：在治疗急性痛风性关节炎中，针刀调节脊神经及局部松解治疗急性痛风性关节炎是一种操作简单且安全有效的治疗方法，可在各级医院推广运用。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupotomotor regulating spinal nerve and local release in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into one group of drug treatment and the other group of the acupotomotor treatment. Taking VAS,joint swelling degree and serum uric acid as observation indexes, make comparative observations on the clinical effects and the changes in joint swelling degree and serum uric acid of these two groups after receiving treatments. Results: It turns out that the total effective rate of these two groups appears significantly different(P＜0.01,P＜0.05) after treatments. Compare the VAS scores,joint swelling degree and serum uric acid in these two groups before and after treatments, the differences are statistically true(P＜0.01,P＜0.05); and meanwhile, it is found that the differences of VAS scores,joint swelling degree and serum uric acid in these two groups before and after treatments are significantly different(P＜0.01,P＜0.01). Conclusion: the clinical effect of acupotomotor regulating spinal nerve and local release is superior to that brought by drug. |
