目的 研究建昌帮姜天麻中苯丙素类对小鼠抗晕眩作用的影响。方法 将昆明种小鼠70只,随机分为7组,即空白组、模型组、阳性对照组、姜天麻提取物组(姜提组)、高剂量天麻苯丙素类组(高丙组)、中剂量天麻苯丙素类组(中丙组)、低剂量天麻苯丙素类组(低丙组)。采用逃避电击法,复制小鼠眩晕模型,通过Morris水迷宫法,记录小鼠逃避潜伏期以及小鼠的平台停留时间,以考察小鼠对空间学习记忆能力的影响。结果 对于逃避潜伏期,与空白组比较,模型组明显延长(P<0.01);与模型组相比,阳性对照组、姜提组和高丙组明显缩短(P<0.01),低丙组稍有延长(P>0.05),中丙组缩短(P>0.05)。对于平台停留时间,与空白组比较,模型组明显缩短(P<0.01);与模型组相比,阳性对照组、姜提组和高丙组明显延长(P<0.01),低丙组和中丙组稍有缩短(P>0.05)。结论 天麻经姜制后,天麻中苯丙素类对抗眩晕产生影响,并与剂量有关。 |

Objective: To study the effect of phenylpropanoid on the anti-dizziness effect of G. elata) processed by ginger in JianchangBang. Methods 70 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 7 groups: blank, model, positive control, ginger G. elata extract (JTZ), high dose G. elata phenylpropanoid (GBZ), medium dose G. elata phenylpropanoid (ZBZ), low dose G. elata phenylpropanoid(DBZ). Escape latency and platform residence time of mice were recorded by Morris water maze to study the effect of different groups of mice on spatial learning and memory ability. Results For the escape latency, compared with the blank group, the escape latency of mice in the model group was significantly prolonged (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the positive control group, JTZ and GBZ, it was significantly shortened (P<0.01), while DBZ was slightly prolonged (P>0.05), and ZBZ was slightly shortened (P>0.05). For platform residence time, compared with the blank group, the platform residence time in the model group was significantly shortened (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the platform residence time was significantly prolonged (P<0.01) in the positive control group,JTZ and GBZ, while it was slightly shortened (P>0.05) in DBZ and ZBZ. Conclusion: The effect of phenylpropanoids in Gastrodia elata on vertigo after ginger production is related to dose. |
