| 目的：探讨清解扶正颗粒(Qingjie Fuzheng Granules,QFG)对对体外淋巴管内皮细胞新生淋巴管能力的影响。 方法：体外培养淋巴管内皮细胞(HLEC),HLEC分为对照组、实验组（QFG：0.5、1、2 mg/mL） ,采用MTT、DAPI染色、划痕损伤修复实验、迁移实验和管腔形成实验分别检测QFG对细胞活力、细胞凋亡、细胞迁移及淋巴管生成能力的影响。 结果：QFG可抑制HLEC增殖,促进细胞凋亡,抑制划痕损伤修复、细胞迁移及淋巴管腔的生成。 结论：QFG对体外HLEC新生淋巴管能力有显著的抑制作用。 |

| Objective: To investigate the inhibitory mechanism of Qingjie Fuzheng Granules (QFG) on lymphangiogenesis in vitro. Methods: Human lymphatic endothelial cells (HLEC) were cultured in vitro. HLEC were divided into control group and QFG group (0.5, 1, 2 mg/mL) . Cell viability, apoptosis, repair ability, cell migration and lymphangiogenesis were detected by MTT, DAPI staining, scratch test, Transwell test and tube formation test. Results: QFG can not only inhibit the proliferation of HLEC, but also promote the apoptosis of HLEC. In addition, QFG can inhibit the damage repair ability, migration ability and tube formation ability of HLEC. Conclusion: QFG significantly inhibited the lymphangiogenesis of HLEC in vitro. |
