| 目的：分析总结刘中勇教授治疗动脉粥样硬化中药处方的用药规律及临床经验。方法：收集并筛选刘中勇教授治疗动脉粥样硬化的临床资料，并以此构建数据库，采用中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）软件进行分析，得出所用高频药物及药物组合，分析出核心组合及新方。结果：对320张处方进行统计分析，结果显示使用次数较高的药物有川芎、党参、炙甘草、白术、法半夏、酸枣仁、茯苓等；前5位高频药对组合为川芎-酸枣仁”、“白术-茯苓”、“炙甘草-党参”、“白芍-柴胡”、“川芎-党参；关联规则包括“枇杷叶 -> 郁金”、“远志 -> 酸枣仁”、“黄芩，党参 -> 法半夏”等；得到14个核心药物组合和7个新处方。结论：刘中勇教授在治疗时重视健脾益气及祛湿化浊的治法，同时强调精准辨证，根据病情灵活运用疏肝理气、活血化瘀、补益肝肾、清热泄毒等治疗方法。 |

| To analyze and summarize the prescription and clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine for atherosclerosis. Methods: collecting and screening the clinical data of professor liu zhongyong"s treatment of atherosclerosis, and constructing the database, using the software of tcm heritage aids platform (v2.5) to analyze the combination of high-frequency drugs and drugs, and to analyze the core combination and new prescription. Results:320 prescriptions were statistically analyzed. The results showed that the most frequently used drugs were Ligusticum chuanxiong, Codonopsis, Radix Glycyrrhiza, Atractylodes macrocephala, Pinellia ternata, Zizyphus jujuba and Poria cocos. Surgical-Poria cocos, Radix Glycyrrhizae-Codonopsis, Radix Paeoniae Alba-Bupleurum, Ligusticum chuanxiong-Codonopsis; association rules include Loquat Leaf-> Tulip, Yuanzhi-> Zizyphus jujuba kernel, Scutellaria baicalensis, Codonopsis-> French Pinellia ternata, etc.14 core drug combinations and 7 new prescriptions were obtained. Conclusion: professor liu zhongyong attaches importance to the treatment of invigorating spleen and nourishing qi and removing dampness and turbidity, and emphasizes the precise syndrome differentiation. |
