| 目的：分析喻文球教授妙用仙方活命饮的临床经验。方法：应用仙方活命饮加减治疗白血病并肛瘘、乳腺癌术后胸壁感染、痤疮，观察其疗效。结果：喻文球名老中医抓住所治疾病病程长，久病必虚，且瘀滞不通等共性，异病同治，应用仙方活命饮治疗白血病并肛瘘、乳腺癌术后胸壁感染、痤疮，取得良好效果。结论：仙方活命饮是将消、托、补三大法有机融合一体，灵活应用的有效方剂，在诊治疾病过程中，只要辨证准确、配伍得当，其可广泛应用于临床。 |

| Abstract:Objective: To analyze the clinical experience of professor Yu wenqiu "s application of XianFang HuoMingYin decoction. Methods: The treatment of leukaemia with anal fistula, postoperative chest wall infection and acne with XianFang HuoMingYin decoction was observed. Results: Yu wenqiu, a famous TCM doctor, had a long course of disease, which was characterized by deficiency and stasis, and treated different diseases with the same treatment. Conclusion: XianFang HuoMingYin decoction is an effective prescription that integrates the three methods of eliminating, supporting and supplementing into one, and can be widely used in clinic as long as it is dialectically accurate and properly compatible in the process of diagnosis and treatment of disease. |
