| 目的：分析阿托品联合短时遮盖治疗小儿弱视的临床效果及安全性。方法：抽取我院收治弱视患儿70例作为研究对象,其中35例给短时遮盖治疗设作对照组,35例在短时间遮盖治疗同时联合阿托品治疗设作观察组,比较两组临床治疗效果及安全性。结果：观察组患儿视力恢复效果优于对照组,观察组患儿平均视力优于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P＜0.05)。结论：阿托品联合短时遮盖治疗小儿弱视可以取得理想疗效,而且安全性较高,可以推广应用。 |

| Objective: to analyze the clinical effect and safety of atropine combined with short-term occlusion in the treatment of amblyopia in children. Methods: 70 cases of amblyopia in our hospital were selected as the study object, 35 of them were treated with short-term occlusion as the control group, 35 of them were treated with short-term occlusion combined with atropine as the observation group, and the clinical treatment effect and safety of the two groups were compared. Results: the visual recovery effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the average visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: atropine combined with short-term occlusion can achieve ideal effect and high safety in the treatment of amblyopia in children. |
