      目的:探讨三七皂苷对人血体外及大鼠体内抗血小板聚集作用及对人凝血酶时间的影响。方法:以二磷酸腺苷作为诱导剂,测定三七皂苷在健康人血体外及大鼠体内给药5 min内的血小板最大聚集率,并测定三七皂苷给药后健康人体外凝血酶时间。结果:三七皂苷在健康人体外血药浓度为0.50 mg/ml、1.00 mg/ml时,与对照组比较,5 min内血小板最大聚集率显著降低;SD大鼠体内给药剂量300 mg/kg、600 mg/kg时,血小板聚集率与对照组比较,5 min内血小板最大聚集率显著降低,抑制率与给药剂量呈正相关;三七皂苷给药组的健康人凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间与对照组比较,时间均有不同程度的延长,但无显著性差异。结论:三七皂苷具有显著的体内外抗血小板聚集作用,并通过抑制血小板聚集作用来实现或加强其活血祛瘀、通脉活络等功效。

      Objective: To investigate the anti-platelet aggregation effect of panax notoginseng saponins on human blood in vitro and rat in vivo and its effect on human thrombin time. Methods: The adenosine diphosphate (ADP) was used as an inducer to determine the maximum aggregation rate of panax notoginseng saponins in rats and healthy human blood within 5 minutes after in vitro administration; and to determine the in vitro thrombin time of panax notoginseng saponins in healthy humans. Results: When the dose of panax notoginseng saponins was 300 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg in SD rats, the maximum aggregation rate of platelets within 5 minutes was significantly decreased than that of the control group; the inhibition rate was positively correlated with the dose. Compared with the control group, the in vitro blood concentration of healthy people at 0.50 mg/ml and 1.00 mg/ml can significantly reduce the maximum aggregation rate of platelets within 5 minutes. The prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), and thrombin time (TT) of healthy people were prolonged in varying degrees compared with the control group, but there was no significant difference. Conclusion: The panax notoginseng saponins has significant anti-platelet aggregation effect either in vitro or in vivo, and its effects of promoting blood circulation, stasis-removing, collaterals activating and so on are achieved or enhanced by inhibiting platelet aggregation.
