| Absrtact: Objective: to explore the pathogenic characteristics of dampness pathogen, the way of dampness evil invading human body, the characteristics of syndrome and the method of treating dampness, so as to understand dampness evil more systematically, so as to contribute to the differentiation and treatment of clinical dampness disease. Methods: the origin, characteristics, treatment and prescription of dampness evil were summarized through literature research, clinical medical record analysis and mutual discussion. Results: the main sources of dampness were external dampness and endogenous dampness. Dampness was susceptible and extensive, dampness was yin evil, onset was hidden, dampness was heavy and sticky, dampness was caused by dampness, and dampness was easy to be caused by other evils. Conclusion: the systematic summary of the characteristics of dampness evil is helpful to clinical syndrome differentiation, through the way of dampness pathogen invading the body, distinguishing the location of dampness evil, and flexibly using the methods of soothing wind and permeating dampness, promoting hair surface powder, regulating qi and qi, invigorating spleen, warming yang and resolving dampness, etc., according to the circumstances, we should abide by the pathogenesis and cure both the symptoms and the root causes. |
