| 目的：观察肛周皮下注射术联合中药熏洗法对肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法：将60例肛门瘙痒症患者随机分为2组，每组为30例，治疗组以肛周皮下注射术联合中药熏洗法治疗，每日1剂，早晚各1次；对照组用温水局部外洗后，擦干，在局部涂擦适量复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏，每日早晚各1次，1周为一疗程，一个疗程结束后，观察比较2组患者肛门瘙痒感和肛周苔藓样变改善情况。结果：患者经过一个疗程治疗后，治疗组肛门瘙痒感及肛周苔藓程度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：肛周皮下注射术联合中药熏洗法治疗肛门瘙痒症，疗效可靠，具有减轻肛门瘙痒感，改善肛周皮肤苔藓样变的优势，值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract：Objective: to observe crissum subcutaneous injection technique combined traditional Chinese medicine fumigation method for anal pruritus. Methods: 60 Patients with anal pruritus were randomly divided into 2 groups, each group of 30 cases, the treatment group was treated with subperitoneal subcutaneous injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, one dose per day, one in the morning and one in the evening；the control group was washed with warm water and then dried，apply a proper amount of compound dexamethasone acetate cream once a day in the morning and evening. Take 1 week as a course of treatment,observe and compare the improvement of anal itching and perianal mossy changes in the two groups. Results: After a course of treatment, the degree of anal itching and perianal moss in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Perianal subcutaneous injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing method for the treatment of anal pruritus, with reliable curative effect, has the advantage of reducing anal itching and improving the lupus-like changes of the perianal skin, and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
