| 目的：探讨低剂量奥氮平合并地西冸治疗酒精使用障碍的疗效和安全性。方法：将 2013 年 1 月～2018 年 12 月 60 例酒精使用障碍患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对照组采用营养支持治疗以及地西泮治疗,观察组则采用低剂量奥氮平合并地西冸治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效及患者的低血压、便秘、 头痛、体质量增加、锥体外系反应及嗜睡等不良发应的发生率。结果：对照组治疗有效率为 73.33%,观察组治疗有效率为 93.3%,观察组治疗效果显著好于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组患者的身体质量、低血压及锥体外系反应均高于对照组；但患者出现嗜睡、便秘及头痛的不良发应发生率相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：低剂量奥氮平合并地西冸治疗酒精使用障碍疗效相比于单独使用地西冸疗效更好,可以在临床上推广。 |

| Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of low-dose olanzapine with diazepam in the treatment of alcohol use disorder. Methods：The January 2013 ～ December 2018 period 60 cases of alcohol use disorder in our hospital,were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment, 30 cases each．The control group was treated with diazepam,observation group was low-dose olanzapine with diazepam．The clinical curative effect and adverse drug reactions of two groups were evaluated by Positive and Negative Symptom Assessment Scale ( PANSS) . Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups,PANSS scores and adverse events. Results：4 weeks of treatment the observation group total effective rate was 93.3% in the control group was73.33% ,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); After the treatment,there had no significant difference of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05) . Conclusion：low-dose olanzapine with diazepam in the treatment of alcohol use disorder,can effectively relieve symptoms with low incidence of adverse reactions. |
