| 目的 以天然绿茶为原料，采用现代化的制备工艺，成功研究出药用茶叶提取物，运用于医药领域。方法 对药用茶叶提取物生产技术及其装备进行了优化和改进，包括茶叶选择、提取、过滤、碱沉、酸溶、萃取、浓缩、干燥、粉碎、包装等各工序的关键点进行控制。结果 选用浙江东白山在春夏两季采收的茶叶为原料，温度控制在80℃，提取30分钟，采用氢氧化钙碱沉，柠檬酸酸溶，乙酸乙酯萃取，减压浓缩及真空干燥，用高效液相法对茶叶提取物含量进行检测。结论 该制备工艺适用于工业化生产，能够批量生产出药用级的茶叶提取物。 |

| Objective Using natural green tea as raw material and adopting modern preparation technology,the extract of medicinal tea was successfully developed and applied in the field of medicine. Methods The production technology and equipment of medicinal tea extract were optimized and improved,including the key points of tea selection,extraction,filtration,alkali precipitation,acid dissolution,extraction,concentration,drying, crushing and packaging.Result Tea collected in Dongbaishan of Zhejiang Province in spring and summer was used as raw material. The temperature was controlled at 80℃for 30 minutes. Calcium hydroxide alkali precipitation,citric acid dissolution, ethyl acetate extraction, vacuum concentration and vacuum drying were used to determine the content of tea extract.ConcLusion The preparation process is suitable for industrial production and can produce medicinal tea extracts in batches. |
