| 糖尿病性胃轻瘫 (Diabetic Gastroparesis, DGP)是一种的以胃排空延迟为特征,但不伴有胃机械性梗阻的糖尿病自主神经病变,其典型临床表现为腹胀、恶心、饱胀、厌食、呕吐、嗳气等症状。导师戴琦教授在治疗DGP的过程中通过对本病的临床表现进行梳理分析,认为其基本病机为水枯木郁,冲气上逆,或夹痰饮或兼脾虚,非养肝柔肝、降逆平肝之品无以平其上冲之势,非辛开苦降之品不能散中焦痞结而降腑浊,故以柔肝降冲 、疏肝利胆和胃为治疗原则,并以此意自拟平冲降逆汤,联合颊针以加强理气降逆,补肾纳气之势,治疗DGP临床疗效确切。 |

| Diabetic gastroparesis (Diabetic Gastroparesis, DGP) is a diabetic autonomic neuropathy characterized by delayed gastric emptying without gastric mechanical obstruction and the main clinical manifestations are anorexia, nausea, early satiety, postprandial fullness and vomiting。Professor Dai Qi, a tutor in the treatment of DGP, analyzed the clinical manifestations of the disease, and concluded that the basic pathogenesis of the disease was water withered wood depression, upwelling of qi, or holding phlegm or spleen deficiency. Application of self-made Pingchong Jiangni decoction combined with buccal acupuncture in the treatment of DGP is effective. |
