      目的:研究心房颤动患者血清IL-6、IL-18水平与心房颤动的关系。方法:入选71个房颤患者进行试验,及年龄与性别相匹配的30名健康志愿者做对照组。酶联免疫吸附法测定血清IL-6、IL-18水平,.超声心动图测定左心房内径。结果: 1. 永久性房颤组血清IL-6、IL-18水平分别高于持续性房颤组, 持续性房颤组水平高于阵发性房颤组,阵发性房颤组水平高于对照组;2房颤患者左心房内径均大于对照组;永久性房颤组大于持续性房颤组;持续性房颤组大于阵发性房颤组。IL-18水平 与LAD成正相关r = 0.26, P < 0.01。IL-6水平与LAD成正相关r = 0.31, P < 0.01。IL-18、与IL-6水平成正相关r = 0.34, P < 0.01。结论:房颤患者IL-6和IL-18水平升高。房颤患者左心房内径增大。细胞因子IL-6和IL-18在AF的发病机制中可能具有重要的作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the relationship between serum IL-6 and IL-18 levels and atrial fibrillation(AF) . Methods: Seventy one patients with AF were enrolled in this study. Age- and sex-matched 30 healthy people consisted of control group.serum IL-6 and IL-18 levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The left atrium diameter (LA) was measured by echocardiography. Results: The levels of serum IL-18 and IL-6 in permanent AF group were higher than those in persistent AF group, persistent AF group was higher than that in paroxysmal AF group, and paroxysmal AF level was higher than that in control group. The left atrial diameter of patients with AF was larger than that of the control group, the permanent AF group was larger than that of the persistent AF group, and the persistent AF group was larger than that of the paroxysmal AF group.IL-18 level was positively correlated with LAD , r = 0.26, P < 0.01. The level of IL-6 was positively related to LAD r = 0.31, P < 0.01. IL-18 was positively correlated with IL-6 level ,r= 0.34, P < 0.01. Conclusion: Patients with AF had elevated levels of IL-6and IL-18 . left atrial diameter increased in atrial fibrillation patients. Our results support that cytokine IL-6 andIL-18 may have an important role in the AF pathogenesis.
