| 摘要：目的：调查外科护理人员对压疮预防的态度，并分析其影响因素。方法：采用描述性研究设计，通过压疮预防态度量表（Attitude towards Pressure ulcer Prevention instrument, APuP）调查我院从事外科护理专业的102名护士对压疮预防的态度，并分析人口学特征、教育背景、工作科室、工作时间、有无定期接受压疮护理培训等对压疮预防态度的影响。结果：本组护士APuP量表平均总分为（42.4±4.2）分，占满分的81.5%。各子项得分由高至低依次为压疮对患者的影响、压疮预防的优先次序、压疮预防的个人胜任能力、压疮预防的责任感和对压疮预防效果的信心，分别占各子项满分的88.9%、83.6%、76.4%、52.8%和51.6%。单因素分析发现，定期接受压疮护理培训的护理人员APuP得分显著提高（P＜0.05），而不同性别、年龄、教育背景、工作科室、工作时间的护理人员APuP得分比较差异并无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：我院外科护理人员对压疮预防的态度总体较为积极，但个人责任和信心方面有待提高，针对压疮的定期护理培训，有助于提高护理人员对压疮预防的积极性。 |

| Objective: To investigate surgical nurses" attitudes towards pressure ulcer prevention and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A descriptive study design was used to investigate 102 surgical nurses" attitude toward preventing pressure ulcer in our hospitalusing the Attitude towards Pressure ulcer Prevention Instrument (APuP).The effects of demographic characteristics, educational background, working department, working life and nursing training on the attitudes toward preventing pressure ulcer were analyzed. Results The mean total attitude score of APuP scale for nurses in this study was (42.4 ±4.2) scores, accounting for 81.5% of the full score. From high to low, the scores of each sub-item in turn were the attitudes of whether the pressure ulcer had an impact on the patients, the attitudes of priority in preventing pressure ulcer, the attitudes of individual ability in preventing pressure ulcer, the attitudes of individual responsibility in preventing pressure ulcer and confidence in the effect of preventing pressure ulcer, accounting for 88.9%, 83.6%, 76.4%, 52.8% and 51.6% of the full scores of each sub-item, respectively. Univariate analysis showed that APuP scores of surgical nurses who received regular pressure ulcer nursing training increased significantly (P<0.05), while the gender, age, educational background, working department and working life were not related to the APuP scores (P>0.05). Conclusions The general attitude of surgical nurses in our hospital to pressure ulcer prevention is more positive, but their personal responsibility and confidence attitude need to be improved. Regular training for pressure ulcer prevention is helpful to improve the positive attitude. |
