| 目的：总结胡珂教授运用真武汤治疗成人流涎的经验，以供临床参考。方法：通过收集胡珂教授的临床病案，根据临床疗效分析总结真武汤治疗成人流涎的诊治规律，并探讨从肾论治流涎的病因病机。结果：成人流涎的病机常见肾阳亏虚，其或属肾虚不能固摄，选真武汤加收敛固涩之品治疗；或属肾虚不能制水，以真武汤重用茯苓合用五苓散治之。结论：真武汤治疗成人流涎肾阳亏虚证疗效好，见效快，值得借鉴。 |

| Object: Summarizing the experience of professor Hu Ke in the treatment of adult salivation with zhenwu decoction for clinical reference. Methods: Through the collection of clinical cases of professor Hu Ke，the diagnosis and treatment rules of zhenwu decoction in the treatment of adult salivation were summarized according to the analysis of clinical efficacy, and the etiology and pathogenesis of the treating salivation from kidney were discussed. Results: The adult salivation always caused by kidney-Yang deficiency, it belongs to kidney-deficiency that cannot control body fluid，which treated by Zhenwu decoction plus astringent and astringent drugs；Or it belongs to kidney-deficiency that cannot promote diuresis，which treated by Zhenwu decoction with high dosage of Poria cocos plus Wuling powder.Conlusion:I found that Zhenwu decoction has good, rapid effects in treating deficiency of kidney-Yang syndrome of adult salivation. It is worth learning. |
