| 银翘马勃散为治疗" 湿温喉阻咽痛" 的常用方,具有清热、解毒、利咽功效,临床应用较为广泛,文献中用于治疗喉源性咳嗽(以下简称“喉咳”)较为少见。杨玉萍教授在跟随国医大师伍炳彩教授学习的过程中发现,银翘马勃散辨证治疗喉咳之风热证具有较好临床疗效,结合穴位贴敷疗法激发正气,达到扶正祛邪,宣肺止咳的目的,可以明显改善患者咽部不适,从而使咳嗽自止。本文主要从临床医案入手介绍了喉源性性咳嗽的病因病机、治疗原则,银翘马勃散及穴位贴敷的功用。 |
