| 目的：明确变应性鼻炎患者存在外周血EOS-骨髓干细胞信号通路,评价“温督祛霾”针灸疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及对此通路的影响，并为针灸治疗变应性鼻炎提供规范化、科学化操作文本。方法：随机选取60例变应性鼻炎患者，采取谢氏“温督祛霾”针灸法治疗，总疗程4周，在疗程中（2周后）及总疗程结束后（4周后）进行疗效评估；于疗前、总疗程后行患者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞、IL-5细胞因子、CD34+检测。另选择正常成人行外周血嗜酸性粒细胞、IL-5细胞因子、CD34+检测作对照。结果：治疗2周后总有效率为66.67% ，治疗4周后总有效率为96.67%,观察组疗前、后及疗前与正常对照组的外周血EOS、IL-5和CD34+数据比较均有显著性差异;观察组疗后EOS值与正常对照组比较有显著性差异、而IL-5、CD34+值均无显著性差异。结论：“温督祛霾”针灸疗法治疗变应性鼻炎有明显疗效，以4周为较适宜疗程；变应性鼻炎患者存在外周血EOS-骨髓干细胞信号通路；通过检测“温督祛霾”针灸法治疗前后外周血Eos-骨髓干细胞通路中相关指标的变化，可初步评价外周血Eos-骨髓通路在AR发病机制中的作用以及“温督祛霾”针灸法对此通路的影响。 |

| Objective: To clarify the EOS-bone marrow stem cell signaling pathway in peripheral blood of patients with allergic rhinitis, to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Wendu Qumai acupuncture therapy on allergic rhinitis and its influence on this pathway, and to provide standardized and scientific operation text for acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods: 60 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly selected and treated with acupuncture and moxibustion of "warming Du and removing haze" for 4 weeks. The curative effect was evaluated in the course of treatment (after 2 weeks) and at the end of the whole course (after 4 weeks); eosinophils, IL-5 cytokines and CD34 + in peripheral blood were detected before and after the treatment. Normal peripheral blood eosinophils, IL-5 cytokines and CD34+ were selected as controls.Results: The total effective rate was 66.67% after 2 weeks of treatment and group and the normal control 96.67%
after 4 weeks of treatment. There were significant differences in EOS, IL-5 and CD34 + between the observation group before, after and before treatment. Conclusion: Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of Wendu Qumai has obvious curative effect on allergic rhinitis, and it is suitable to treat allergic rhinitis for 4 weeks. There is a signal pathway of EOS-bone marrow stem cells in peripheral blood of allergic rhinitis patients, and the changes of relevant indexes in the pathway of Eos-bone marrow stem cells in peripheral blood can be evaluated by detecting the changes of the relevant indexes before and after acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of Wendu Qumai.It can preliminarily evaluate the role of peripheral blood Eos-bone marrow pathway in the pathogenesis of AR and the effect of "Wendu Quhao" acupuncture and moxibustion on this pathway. |
