| 摘要：目的：探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合曲美他嗪对不稳定型心绞痛患者PCI术后的临床疗效。方法：收集2016年5月～2018年5月科室治疗的不稳定型心绞痛PCI术后患者46例，采用随机单盲法分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组23例，对照组23例；对照组、治疗组均给予口服曲美他嗪及PCI手术治疗；治疗组在此基础上于PCI术前3天和术后10天给予丹参川芎嗪注射液5ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静脉滴注，每日一次。两组治疗周期为3个月。分别观察两组患者的血清超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、B型钠尿肽（BNP）水平及血清心肌酶指标（LDH、CK）。结果：治疗后两组患者均较治疗前改善；治疗组总有效率为86.96%，对照组有效率78.26%（P＜0.05），治疗组治疗后血清hs-CRP、BNP、LDH、CK水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：应用丹参川芎嗪注射液联合曲美他嗪有助于不稳定型心绞痛患者PCI术后患者可减轻心肌损伤、改善临床症状，较单纯运用曲美他嗪依存性较高，值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection combined with trimetazidine on patients with unstable angina pectoris after PCI Methods:6 patients with unstable angina pectoris after PCI from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 23 in treatment group and 23 in control group. Both control group and treatment group were treated with trimetazidine and PCI.The treatment group was treated with trimetazidine and PCI three days before PCI. Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection were given 5 ml and 5% glucose injection 250 ml intravenously 10 days later, once a day. The two groups were treated for 3 months. The serum levels of hs-CRP, B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and serum myocardial enzymes (LDH,CK) were observed in both groups. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate was 86.96% in the treatment group and 78.26% in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of hs-CRP, BNP, LDH and CK in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine injection combined with trimetazidine can help patients with unstable angina pectoris after PCI to alleviate myocardial injury and improve clinical symptoms, which is more dependent than trimetazidine alone and worthy of clinical promotion. |
