| 【】 目的:探讨克氏针联合VSD治疗开放性跟骨骨折的疗效。方法：自2013年2月---2018年4月,采用克氏针联合VSD治疗跟骨开放性骨折伴软组织严重挫伤病人13例。结果：所有患者术后获6—18个月(平均9个月)随访,住院期间其中3例皮肤缺损病人,创面新鲜,肉压生长,择期植皮,术后植皮处存活。1例创缘少许坏死,二期扩创、VSD,后创面肉芽生长后再次植皮,术后植皮处存活。其余病人无皮肤坏死等情况。所有患者骨折均愈合。 根据AOFAS 踝-后足评分标准,其中优 2例,良9例,可2例,优良率：84.6％。结论：一期采用克氏针联合VSD治疗开放性跟骨骨折,早期临床疗效满意。 |

| 【】Objective：To investigate the effect of Kirschner wire combined with VSD in the treatment of open calcaneal fractures. Methods: From February 2013 to April 2018, 13 cases of open calcaneal fracture with severe soft tissue contusion were treated with Kirschner wire combined with VSD. Results: All patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months (average 9 months). During hospitalization, 3 patients with skin defect had fresh wounds, growing meat pressure, selective skin grafting, and survived after skin grafting. One case had slight necrosis of the wound margin, secondary expansion, VSD, and skin grafting again after granulation growth of the wound. The skin graft survived after operation. The remaining patients had no skin necrosis and so on. All fractures healed. According to the AOFAS ankle foot score, 2 cases were excellent, 9 good, 2 fair, and the excellent and good rate was 84.6%. Conclusion: The treatment of open calcaneal fracture with Kirschner wire combined with VSD in the first stage was satisfactory in early clinical effect |
