| 目的：探讨芎蒌通脉方联合西地那非治疗痰瘀型2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的临床效果。方法：收集痰瘀型2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍患者60例,随机分入西药组和联合组,每组30例。西药组药物治疗方案：西地那非25mg,口服,1/日晚。联合组药物治疗方案：中药汤剂芎蒌通脉方,水煎服,每日一剂,分早晚2次服用；西地那非25mg,口服,1/日晚。以8周为1疗程,观察治疗前后2组国际勃起功能指数评分(IIEF-5)、中医症状积分改善情况,采用勃起质量量表(EQS)评定患者性交满意度,评定临床疗效。结果：治疗8周后,联合组IIEF-5评分(19.7±2.8比15.4±3.6)显著高于西药组(P＜0.05),中医主症积分(6.5±1.9比10.4±3.1)显著低于西药组(P＜0.05),性交满意度显著优于西药组(83.3%比66.7%,P＜0.05),临床有效率显著高于西药组(90%比73.3%,P＜0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论：在西地那非基础上联合芎蒌通脉方可以进一步提高痰瘀型2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍临床疗效,增强阴茎勃起功能和勃起质量,改善患者性交满意度。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Qiongloutongmai Fang combined with sildenafil in the treatment of type 2 diabetic erectile dysfunction with phlegm and blood stasis. Methods: 60 patients with type 2 diabetic erectile dysfunction of phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into western medicine group and combined group, 30 cases in each group. The western medicine group was given sildenafil, 25mg, orally, 1 times daily night. The combined group was given Qiongloutongmai Decoction, decocted in water, one dose a day, two times a day in the morning and evening, and sildenafil, 25mg, orally, 1 times daily night. Taking 8 weeks as a course of treatment, the improvement of International Erectile Function Index (IIEF-5) and symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine were observed
before and after treatment. The sexual intercourse satisfaction of patients was assessed by Erectile Quality Scale (EQS), and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: After 8-week treatment, the IIEF-5 score of the combined group (19.7±2.8 vs 15.4±3.6) was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group (P < 0.05), the score of main symptoms of the traditional Chinese medicine in the combined group (6.5±1.9 vs 10.4±3.1) was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group (P < 0.05), the satisfaction of sexual intercourse was significantly better than that of the western medicine group (83.3% vs 66.7%, P < 0.05), and the clinical effective rate was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group (90% vs 73.3%, P < 0.05). Conclusion: Combining sildenafil with Qiongloutongmai Fang can further improve the clinical efficacy of type 2 diabetic erectile dysfunction with phlegm and blood stasis, enhance penile erectile function and erectile quality, and improve sexual intercourse satisfaction of patients. |
