| 摘要: 目的：运用“中医医案知识服务与共享系统”对导师严光俊教授治疗肠上皮化生的临床医案进行数据挖掘分析，总结严光俊教授治疗肠上皮化生的经验。方法：收集符合标准的门诊病案117个，通过数据挖掘技术，分析各证型频次,总体用药频次,主要证型用药频次，从而总结严教授治疗肠化生用药经验。结果：严光俊教授临证多将此病分四型，治疗上主以行气通降、温中通降、清化通降为治，辅以健脾、活血。用药以理气药为主。结论：严教授认为肠化生中虚气滞型最为常见，治疗时以通降为主要治则。 |

| Abstract:Objective ：using the basis of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge service and the sharing system to gather and Data Mining experience Summary on Treatment of intestinal metaplasia of Professor Yan Guangjun.Methods:collect Professor Yan GuangJun,s clinical cases of intestinal metaplasia,there are 117 cases,516 visits.then data excavation was used to obtain frequency distribution, the frequency of each main syndromes, overall drug using and drug using of the main syndromes.Results:mainly divided into four syndromes,many drugs are used to regulate qi , warming, clearing up, removing dampness , auxiliary to invigorate spleen and promote blood circulation.Conclusion：Professor Yan thinks that the most common type of intestinal metaplasia is the insufficiency of the spleen and stagnation of qi,tongjiang method as the main treatment principle. |
