摘要：目的：系统评价复方苦参注射液联合化疗对乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法：计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、VIP、WanFang Data、CNKI和CBM，查找国内外已发表的复方苦参注射液联合化疗对乳腺癌患者化疗后免疫功能的影响的随机对照研究（RCT）。再由2位研究者根据制定的纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料和评价文献质量后，利用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果：最终纳入9项研究，共655例患者。Meta分析结果显示：与单纯化疗相比，复方苦参注射液联合化疗能提高乳腺癌患者的CD4+[SMD=5.36，95%CI（2.03，4.37），P＜0.000 01]及CD8+[SMD=4.88，95%CI=（2.40，5.62），P＜0.000 01]，CD4+/CD8+[SMD=4.58，95%CI=（1.04，2.59），P＜0.000 01]。结论：复方苦参注射液联合化疗能显著提高乳腺癌患者的免疫功能，但由于纳入研究的文献数量及质量有限，本Meta分析的结论仍需更多大样本、设计合理的RCT加以验证。

英文摘要:

Abstract: Objection: To systematically evaluate the effect of the Fufangkushen injection combined with chemotherapy on immune function in the treatment of breast cancer. Method: Through searching the Pubmed, CNKI, VIP, Wangfang Data, CBM, recruited randomized controlled trials (RCTs) related to the immune impact of Fufangkushen injection combined with chemotherapy treatment breast cancer. The quality of included studies was assessed by 2 independent researchers according to the criteria recommended by the Cochrane Collaboration's interventions and Meta analyses was conducted using RevMan5.3 software. Result: 8 Randomized controlled trials involving 551 patients were included in the study. The result of Meta analysis showed: the immune parameters of Fufangkushen injection combined with chemotherapy group, such as CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, were significantly higher than chemotherapy group. Its SMD and 95%CI were CD4+ [SMD=5.36, 95%CI (2.03, 4.37), P＜0.000 01]及CD8+ [SMD=4.88, 95%CI=(2.40, 5.62), P＜0.000 01], CD4+/CD8+[SMD=4.58, 95%CI=(1.04, 2.59), P＜0.000 01]. Conclusion: Fufangkushen injection combined with chemotherapy has significant clinical value in improving the immune function of breast cancer patients. However, more high-quality, multi center and big-sample RCTs are required to be evaluated systematically.
