| 目的 探讨中药敷贴协同西医治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法 随机选择我院收治的秋季腹泻的轮状病毒阳性患儿120例,随机分为观察组60例,对照组60例。观察组用止泻敷贴作脐部敷贴,静脉滴注电解质液体,口服双歧杆菌及思密达冲剂；对照组只采用静脉滴注电解质,口服双歧杆菌及思密达冲剂,疗程为72小时,进行疗效对比观察。结果 观察组和对照组痊愈率分别为95%和73.33%,中西结合疗效更好。有效率和轮状病毒数量经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药敷贴协同用于治疗小儿腹泻疗效好,作用快,是一种治疗小儿腹泻的好方法。 |

| To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine on autumn diarrhea in children, 120 cases of rotavirus positive children with autumnal diarrhea admitted to our hospital were randomly selected, and were randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). n the observation group, antidiarrheal dressings were applied as umbilical cord dressings, electrolyte drops were given intravenously, bifidobacteria were taken orally, and the infusion of smecta was used. In the control group, electrolytes were administered by intravenous drip, bifidobacterium and smecta infusion, and the course was 72 hours. The recovery rates of the observation group and the control group were 95% and 73.33%, respectively.The efficiency and rotavirus count were statistically significant (P<0.05). Traditional Chinese medicine is a good method to treat infantile diarrhea with good curative effect and quick effect. |
