| 目的：总结胡师治疗复发性口腔溃疡经验以指导临床应用。方法：通过收集胡师病案、相互探讨及疗效观察来总结复发性口腔溃疡诊疗规律。结果：复发性口腔溃根源无不责于脾胃之气的盛衰，火、湿、热是其重要致病条件。结论：胡珂教授治疗复发性口腔溃疡多从脾胃论治，以脾虚为本，火、湿、热邪是本病发病关键因素，在调理脾胃的基础上辨证施治，随证治之。 |

| Objective: To summarize Hu Shi""s experience in treating recurrent oral ulcer to guide clinical application. Methods: Collect Hu Shi""s medical records, discuss each other and observe the curative effect to summarize the rules of diagnosis and treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Results: The root cause of recurrent oral ulcer is all the rise and fall of spleen and stomach qi, and fire, dampness and heat are its important pathogenic conditions. Conclusion: Professor Hu Ke treats recurrent oral ulcer mainly from spleen and stomach, taking spleen deficiency as the basis, fire, dampness and heat are the key factors of the disease, and based on regulating spleen and stomach, he treats it according to syndrome differentiation and treatment. |
