| 【摘要】目的：探讨白蛋白、妈咪爱、茵栀黄颗粒联合蓝光照射治疗等3种方案治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效，并观察其对患儿体质量、细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：本次研究选取2017年1月~2018年2月收治符合新生儿黄疸诊断的84例新生儿。根据随机数字表法将患儿随机分为三组。其中观察组28例黄疸值较高患儿利用白蛋白、妈咪爱、茵栀黄颗粒联合蓝光照射治疗，对照A组28例患儿采取白蛋白联合蓝光照射进行治疗。对照B组茵栀黄颗粒联合蓝光照射治疗，统计三组84例患儿临床疗效、体质量、细胞免疫功能。结果：观察组28例新生儿临床疗效、体质量、免疫功能以及营养指标均明显优于对照A组、B组，差异显著有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：白蛋白、妈咪爱、茵栀黄颗粒联合蓝光照射治疗在新生儿黄疸治疗中可取得显著疗效。值的临床借鉴与应用。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of three therapeutic regimens for treating neonatal pathologic jaundice with albumin, momimiai, Yinzhihuang granules and blue light irradiation, and to observe its effects on the body mass and cellular immune function in children. Methods: This study selected 84 neonates who were diagnosed with neonatal jaundice from January 2017 to February 2018. According to the random number table method, the children were randomly divided into three groups. In the observation group, 28 children with high jaundice value were treated with albumin, mommy love, Yinzhihuang granules and blue light irradiation, and 28 children in the control group were treated with albumin combined with blue light. Control group B was treated with Yinzhi granule combined with blue light irradiation. The clinical efficacy, body weight and cellular immune function of the three groups of 84 children were counted. RESULTS: The clinical efficacy, body weight, immune function and nutritional indicators of 28 neonates in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group A and B, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: Albumin, momimi, Yinzhihuang granules combined with blue light irradiation can achieve significant effects in the treatment of neonatal jaundice, which has clinical reference and application of value. |
