| 目的：了解某院呼吸内科抗菌药物用药情况,防止抗菌药物滥用现象,加强抗菌药物规范化管理。方法：收集某院2017年5月-2018年5月某院住院部呼吸内科抗菌药物用药资料,对用药频度和销售金额等进行回顾性统计和分析。结果：头孢菌素类、青霉素类(含青霉素加酶抑制剂)及喹诺酮类在用药频度排序和销售金额排序上均占前三位,且排序一致。就具体抗菌药物而言,盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液的用药频度最高。销售单价在20-60元的低价格层次者居多,患者经济负担较轻。结论：某院住院部呼吸内科抗菌药物用药情况基本合理,但仍有一些不规范之处,需要进一步加强抗菌药物使用管理。 |

| Objective: Prevent the phenomenon of antibiotics abuse and reinforce the standardized application of antibiotics by investigating the antibiotics use of respiratory department in my hospital. Method: The application of antibiotics of respiratory department was collected monthly from May 2017 to May 2018, then the defined daily dose (DDDs) and consumption sums were counted and analyzed in this retrospective study. Results: The results of top3 of DDDs and consumption sums were the same. In other words, cephalosporin, penicillin(including penicillin plus enzyme inhibitors) and quinolone were top3 of DDDs and consumption sums in respiratory department in my hospital. The highest DDDs of antibiotics drug was levofloxacin hydrochloride sodium chloride injection. The drug saled between 20-60, captured much, which patents didn’t need to pay much. Conclusion: Basically, the use of antibiotics of respiratory department in my hospital is rational, but some irrational use of antibiotics still exists. It’s necessary for us to reinforce the antibiotics management. |
