| 【摘要】 目的 对比观察中西医联合与单纯西药治疗在阑尾周围脓肿治疗中的疗效。方法 将74例阑尾周围脓肿患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各37 例。对照组仅接受西医保守医治，观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药口服治疗。比较2组患者的症状改善时间、白细胞回降至正常值时间、包块消退时间、总有效率、住院总天数。结果 观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组的症状改善时间、白细胞回降至正常值时间、包块消退时间、住院天数均显著低于对照组（P＜ 0.05）。结论 单纯西药治疗和中西医联合治疗阑尾周围脓肿均能起到一定的治疗效果，但中西医联合更具优势，能够帮助患者更快恢复，值得临床借鉴。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective: To compare the efficacy between the combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and simple western medicine in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess. Methods: 74 patients with periappendiceal abscess were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 37 cases in each group. The control group only received western medicine, while the observation group received oral administration of Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The time for symptomatic improvement, the time of leukocyte returning to normal value, the time of lump regression, the total effective rate and the total days of hospitalization were compared between the two groups．Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 0.05), and the time for symptomatic improvement, the time of leukocyte return to the normal value, the time of disappearing of the masses and the days of hospitalization were significantly lower than those of the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and simple western medicine in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess can play a certain therapeutic effect, but the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has more advantages, which can help patients recover faster and should be used for reference. |
