| 目的：观察复方樟柳碱（CA）联合高压氧治疗原发性缺血性眼病的临床疗效。方法：选取缺血性眼病患者297例（共495眼）为研究对象，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组150例（250眼），其中单眼发病者50例，双眼发病者100例；对照组147例（245眼），其中单眼发病者49例，双眼发病者98例。治疗组复方樟柳碱颞侧皮下注射联合高压氧治疗，对照组传统扩血管治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后6个月，治疗组与对照组比较疗效显著，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。结论：复方樟柳碱联合高压氧治疗原发性缺血性眼病效果显著。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of compound anisodine combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment on primary ischemic ophthalmopathy. Methods: 297 Cases (495 eyes) with ischemic ophthalmopathy, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. 150 cases (250 eyes) in the treatment group, among them, 50 case of monocular disease, 100 cases of both eyes. 147 cases (245 eyes) in the control group, 49 cases of monocular disease, 98 cases of both eyes. In the treatment group, compound anisodine was injected subcutaneously combined with hyperbaric oxygen, and the control group was treated with conventional vasodilation. Compare the clinical effects of the two group. Results: After the treatment with 6 month, the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.001). Conclusion: The compound anisodine combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can be used as an effective method for treating primary ischemic ophthalmopathy. |
