| 尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒症（uremic pruritus,UP）是血液透析患者常见并发症之一，其常导致睡眠障碍和抑郁，降低患者生活质量，增加死亡率。UP的发生与多种因素有关，目前UP的治疗尚无统一的标准方案，常见的包括局部外用药物、系统性药物、优化透析充分性、光疗法、中医治疗等。本文主要对目前UP治疗的研究进展进行相关综述。 |

| Uremic pruritus is one of the common complications of hemodialysis patients. It is associated with sleep disorders, depression, substantially reduced quality of life and increased mortality. The pathophysiology of UP is multifactorial. There is no uniform standard for the treatment of UP now. The most common approaches to treatment includes topical treatment, systemic treatment, adequate hemodialysis, phototherapy, Chinese traditional treatment and so on. This article mainly reviews the advances in the treatment of UP. |
