| 目的：系统评价中药方联合促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血的有效性及应用价值。方法：检索 Medline、 Pub Med、中国知网（CNKI）、维普全文数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学数据库（CBM）,万方数据库，查找2005～2017年公开发表的关于中药方联合促红细胞生成素治疗肾性贫血的临床随机对照试验(RCT)。根据纳入与排除标准对文献进行筛选，提取数据资料，并运用Jadad量表评价纳入文献的方法学质量，采用RevMan5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果：最终选出符合条件的26篇文献，2018例患者纳入本项研究，其中治疗组1062例，对照组956例。中药方联合促红素在升高血红蛋白[MD=10.48,95%CI（8.55-12.42），P＜0.00001］、红细胞比容[MD=5.21,95%CI（1.90-8.52），P=0.002］、红细胞计数[MD=0.46， 95%CI（0.33，0.59），P <0.00001］方面优于单纯使用促红素治疗；且治疗总有效率[OR=3.71，95%CI（2.64，5.22），P＜0.00001］也高于单纯使用促红素治疗；在降低血清肌酐[MD=-80.06， 95%CI（-105.94，-54.18），P <0.00001］、尿素氮[MD=-5.89,95%CI：-5.89- -2.88），P <0.00001］更明显，差异均有统计学意义。结论：这一系统评价提供了中药联合促红素比单纯促红素治疗肾性贫血疗效更好的证据。 |

| Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and application value of Chinese medicine combined with erythropoietin in the treatment of renal anemia. Methods: Search Database(2005-2017) including Medline, Pub Med, CNKI, VIP, CBM and Wanfang to find literature about randomized clinical trials (RCTs) on the treatment of renal anemia with Chinese prescription combined with erythropoietin. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the literature was screened, data was extracted, and the quality of included studies was assessed according to Jadad scale, and Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan5.3 software. Results: A total of 26 studies，involving 2018 patients ( 1062 in treatment group， 956 in control group) were included. The treatment group of Chinese medicine combined with erythropoietin treatment group was superior to the simple erythropoietin treatment in elevating hemoglobin [MD = 10.48,95% CI (8.55-12.42), P < 0.00001], erythrocyte specific volume [MD = 5.21,95% CI (1.90-8.52), P = 0.002], erythrocyte count [MD = 0.46, 95% CI (0.33, 0.59), P < 0.00001], and the total effective rate [OR=3.71，95%CI（2.64，5.22），P＜0.00001］was also higher than that of the simple use of erythropoietin treatment; in the reduction of serum creatinine [MD = - 80.06, 95% CI (- 105.94, - 54.18), P < 0.00001], urea nitrogen [MD = - 5.89, 95% CI: - 5.89 - 2.88), P < 0.00001] was more significant, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: This systematic review provides evidence that Chinese medicine combined with erythropoietin is more effective than steroid alone in the treatment of Renal Anemia. |
