| 目的：观察用刮痧板治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者肩手综合征症的疗效 方法 ：将60例脑卒中后偏瘫患者肩手综合症的病人随机分为2组，观察组30例，对照组30例，对照组按常规的治疗方法，观察组用刮痧的方法，两组患者均在治疗10天后比较疗效和评估变化。 结果： 两组有显著差异，观察组优胜治疗组 结论：刮痧治疗偏瘫患者的肩手综合征合症有效。 |

| OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy of scraping plate in the treatment of shoulder-shoulder syndrome in stroke patients with hemiplegia: 60 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 in the observation group and 30 in the control group. The control group was treated with conventional methods, and the observation group was treated with scraping. Both groups of patients were compared for efficacy and evaluation changes after 10 days of treatment. RESULTS: There were significant differences between the two groups. The observation group was superior to the treatment group. Conclusion: Scraping is effective in treating shoulder-hand syndrome in patients with hemiplegia |
