| 目的：探讨老年腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗策略。方法：综述相关文献,对老年腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗方案进行系统总结。结果：老年腰椎间盘突出症手术术式包括传统经典减压术、脊柱内窥镜技术、脊柱融合术,并配合基于快速康复理念的围手术期治疗。结论：老年腰椎间盘突出症患者常合并多种并发症,选择合理的手术治疗方案,积极预防并发症,术后均可取得满意疗效。 |

| Objective: To explore the surgical treatment strategy for lumbar disc herniation in the elderly. Methods: The related literatures were reviewed, and the surgical treatment of elderly lumbar disc herniation was systematically summarized. RESULTS: The surgical procedures for elderly lumbar disc herniation included traditional classic decompression, spinal endoscopy, and spinal fusion, combined with perioperative treatment based on the concept of rapid recovery. Conclusion: Elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation often have multiple complications, choose a reasonable surgical treatment plan, actively prevent complications, and achieve satisfactory results after operation. |
