| 摘要：目的 观察艾尔兴哺光仪对青少年、儿童近视防控效果。
方法 为了观察艾尔兴哺光仪对近视的防控效果，同时也观察艾尔兴哺光仪对不同年龄段的近视患者防治效果的差别，我科把近视少年、儿童按年龄段分为二大组：3～8岁组和9～15岁组。在3～8岁年龄段组里选取接受艾尔兴哺光仪治疗的近视患者30人（60只眼）为治疗组；另也在3～8岁年龄段组里选取未接受艾尔兴哺光仪治疗的近视患者30人（60只眼）为对照组。在9～15岁年龄段组里选取接受艾尔兴哺光仪治疗的近视患者30人（60只眼）为治疗组。另也在9～15岁年龄段组里选取未接受艾尔兴哺光仪治疗的近视患者30人（60只眼）为对照组，分别训练和观察半年后，对结果进行对照分析。
结果 3～8岁组中：治疗组半年屈光度平均增长0.05D，眼轴平均增长0.06mm；对照组半年屈光度平均增长0.87D，眼轴平均增长0.30mm。9～15岁组中：治疗组半年屈光度平均减少0.16D，眼轴平均减少0.02mm；对照组半年屈光度平均增长0.73D。眼轴平均增加0.2mm。统计学处理有非常显著性差异。
结论 使用艾尔兴哺光仪是控制青少年、儿童近视的有效方法。 |

| objective to observe YiErXing feed light meter to teenagers, children myopia control effect. Method is used in our hospital YiErXing feed optical instrument training data complete cases selected 3 to 8, 9 to 15 years old at our hospital in 60 eyes and only 30 people wear frame glasses, same age were compared two groups, observation time for half a year. Results 3 to 8 years old half year diopter exercise group averaged 0.05 D; Control group six months diopter and averaged 0.87 D. Axial average increase of 0.06 mm, people in the control group averaged 0.30 mm. 9 to 15 D by an average 0.16 D six months, the people in the control group six months diopter averaged 0.73 D. Eye exercise group shaft by an average of 0.02 mm, the control group on average increased by 0.2 mm. Statistical processing has a very significant difference. Conclusion YiErXing feed light meter is an effective method to control teenagers, children myopia. |
