| 摘要：目的: 观察复方樟柳碱联合高压氧治疗原发性缺血性眼病的临床疗效。方法: 缺血性眼病患者297例495眼，治疗组150例250眼，其中单眼发病者50例，双眼发病者100例，对照组147例245眼，其中单眼发病者49例，双眼发病者98例。治疗组复方樟柳碱颞侧皮下注射联合高压氧治疗，对照组传统扩血管治疗。结果：治疗后6个月，治疗组相比传统组疗效显著，差异有统计学意义P<0.001)。结论：复方樟柳碱联合高压氧治疗，可作为治疗原发性缺血性眼病的有效方法。 |

| Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of compound camphor base combined with hyperbaric oxygen on primary ischemic eye disease.Methods：297 cases of 495 eyes of patients with ischemic eye disease, 150 cases of 250 eyes in the treatment group, Among them, 50 cases were monocular, and 100 cases were caused by both eyes. 147 cases of 245 eyes in the control group, Among them, 49 cases were monocular, and 98 cases were caused by double eyes. In the treatment group, compound anisodine was injected subcutaneously with hyperbaric oxygen, and the control group was treated with conventional vasodilation.Results: After treatment with 6 month, the effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control control.The difference was statistically P<0.001＜0.05).Conclusion: The method of the compound anisodine combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can be used as an effective method for treating primary ischemic eye disease. |
