| 目的：探究藿香正气水联合腹部理疗治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法：选取我院儿科收治的腹泻患儿60例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组予以双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊和布拉氏酵母菌胶囊口服治疗；观察组在对照组的基础予藿香正气水口服，同时采用旋磁按摩仪按摩患儿腹部及电磁波治疗仪照射患儿腹部。治疗结束后对比分析两组临床疗效及症状改善情况。结果：治疗后与对照组相比，观察组总有效率较高，腹痛消失时间、呕吐消失时间、退热时间以及大便常规恢复正常时间较短（P＜0.05）。结论：藿香正气水联合腹部理疗治疗小儿腹泻临床效果显著。 |

| Objective: To explore the effect of Huoxiangzhengqi liquid combined with abdominal physiotherapy in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods: 60 children with diarrhea in digestive department of our hospital were collected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases each. The control group were received with Bifid Triple Viable capsule and Saccharomyces boulardii capsules, the observation group were received more with Huoxiangzhengqi liquid combined with magnetic rotation massage apparatus and electromagnetic therapy. At the end of treatment, the clinical efficacy and symptom improvement of the 2 groups were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the observation was higher, the time of abdominal pain disappearance, time of disappearance of vomiting, time of antipyretic and the normal recovery time were lower (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Huoxiangzhengqi liquid combined with abdominal physiotherapy was effective in the treatment of infantile diarrhea, and it was suitable for clinical application. |
