| 目的：探讨热敏灸配合补肝肾强筋骨中药口服治疗膝骨关节炎疗效。方法：选取在景德鎮市第一人民医院收治的膝骨关节炎患者50例，根据单双号分成两组，治疗组25例给予热敏灸配合补肝肾强筋骨中药口服，对照组25例给予玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔注射及氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服。对两组治疗前后的三项指标：VAS关节疼痛评分、Lysholm评分、50码最快步行时间，进行比较。结果：治疗后，治疗组VAS关节疼痛的评分(24.06±2.73)分，治疗组优于对照組(Pく0.05)；治疗组Lysholm评分(89.77±19.17)分，治疗组优于对照组(pく0.05) ；治疗组50码最快步行时间(30.22土2.37)分钟，治疗组优于对照组(pく0.05)。结论：热敏灸配合补肝肾强筋骨中药口服可明显提高膝骨关节炎的临床疗效，患者膝关节功能以及临床症状均有显著改善。 |

| Objective：Methods Result Conclusion Discusses thermal moxibustion cooperate kidney strong bone and muscles oral medicine curative effect on knee osteoarthritis. Methods：select in jingdezhen city first people''s hospital of 50 patients with knee osteoarthritis palate, according to the doctor order number, use and odd number is divided into two groups, treatment Group of 25 cases to cooperate thermal moxibustion kidney strong bone and muscles oral medicine, 25 cases were given injection of sodium hyaluronate knee joint cavity and injections Glucosamine capsule orally. Comparing the two groups after treatment of joint pain VAS score, Lysholm scale, 50 yards walking fastest time. Results：after treatment, the treatment group of VAS joint pain score (24.06±2.73), treatment group was better than that of control group (pく0.05)；Treatment group Lysholm score (89.77±19.17), the treatment group is better than that of control group (pく 0.05)；Treatment group 50 yards fastest time soil (30.22土2.37) minutes walk, the treatment group is better than that of control group (p く 0.05). Conclusion：thermal moxibustion cooperate kidney strong bone and muscles oral medicine treatment can obviously improve the clinical curative effect of knee osteoarthritis, knee function and clinical symptoms were improved significantly. |
