| 观察清肠凉血方保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）患者的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的60例UC患者采用平行对照随机单盲法分为治疗组（清肠凉血方保留灌肠联合口服美沙拉嗪治疗）及对照组（口服美沙拉嗪治疗）各30例。治疗持续6周，对临床有效病例随访6个月。结果：治疗组总有效率为93.3%，明显优于对照组的70.0%(P＜0.05)；治疗后，治疗组主要临床症状评分及肠镜下黏膜疗效评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组6个月内复发率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：清肠凉血方保留灌肠联合口服美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者临床疗效显著，可明显降低临床复发率。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingchangliangxue decoction retention enema combined with Mesalazine in treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) patients. Methods: 60 Patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group (treated with Qingchangliangxue decoction retention enema combined with Mesalazine colonic coated tablets) and control group (treated with Mesalazine colonic coated tablets), with 30 cases in each group. The treatment lasted 6 weeks, and the curative effect were observed for 6 months. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, clearly higher than that 70% of the control group (P＜0.05). Both the treatment group's colonoscopy rates and major clinical symptom score after treatment was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The 6-month recurrent rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of mesalazine combined with Qingchangliangxue decoction retention enema in treatment of the ulcerative colitis is significant, and can obviously reduce recurrence rate. |
