| 目的：总结痔核脱落期大出血的时间、原因及治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析37例痔核脱落期大出血患者的临床资料。结果：痔核脱落期大出血时间发生于手术后6～20天,平均(10.0±3.8)天。37例均为搏动性出血,经缝扎止血后均有效止血。出血前红细胞为(4.63±0.63)*1012/L,血红蛋白为(133.84±18.29)g/L,白细胞为(5.65±1.60)*109/L,中性粒细胞为(3.71±1.50)*109/L；出血后红细胞为(3.72±0.58)1012/L,血红蛋白为(114.46±17.43)g/L,白细胞为(6.40±2.14)*109/L,中性粒细胞为(4.54±2.00)*109/L,差别具有统计学意义(p ≤0.05)。结论：痔核脱落期大出血主要发生在手术后6～15天,局部感染是痔核脱落期出血的主要原因,缝扎止血是治疗痔核脱落期大出血的有效方法。 |

| ［］ Objective To investigate the time,the risk factors and the treatment of postoperative hemorrhage after haemorrhoidectomy.Method 37 cases of of postoperative hemorrhage after haemorrhoidectomy related clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The time of postoperative hemorrhage was 6 to 20 days, the average time was(10.0±3.8)days. 37ScasesSofSactive bleedingSwere successfullyStreated byStransfixionSduring operation. Before the postoperative hemorrhage,The number of red blood cells was(4.63±0.63)*1012/L, white blood cells was(5.65±1.60)*109/L,neutrophils was(3.71±1.50)*109/L,the Hemoglobin was (133.84±18.29)g/L,while after was(3.72±0.58)1012/L,(6.40±2.14)*109/L,(4.54±2.00)*109/L,(114.46±17.43)g/L,the difference is significant(p ≤0.05) .Conclusion The time of postoperative hemorrhage after haemorrhoidectomy was 6 to 15 days.Local infection was the main cause,maybe. It was an effective method by transfixionSduring operation, which for postoperative hemorrhage after haemorrhoidectomy. |
