目的：观察补肾活血汤对老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折PKP术后恢复的临床疗效。方法：将选用PKP治疗后的80例老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组为术后基础治疗再添加补肾活血方内服，对照组为术后基础治疗。两组分别于术前、治疗后1个月与6个月观察并收集VAS评分、ODI评分及骨密度（BMD）。结果：两组患者随访期间未见明显病椎再次塌陷，术前与治疗1个月和6个月后VAS评分和ODI评分差异明显（P＜0.05），且组间差异明显（P＜0.05）。同组比较术前与治疗1个月和6个月后，BMD存在明显差异（P＜0.05）。而两组比较治疗一个月后，组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗6个月后差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论：老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折PKP术后患者配合补肾活血汤治疗，可改善术后疼痛与功能恢复，亦可有助于提高骨密度。

英文摘要:

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Bushenhuoxue decoction on the recovery of senile osteoporotic vertebral fracture after PKP. Methods: The 80 cases of patients with senile osteoporotic vertebral fracture postoperative PKP were randomly divided into 2 groups: observation group and control group, 40 cases respectively. The observation group was treated with Bushenhuoxue decoction after operation, and the control group was treated with postoperative basic treatment. VAS score、ODI score and BMD were collected before surgery, 1 months and 6 months after treatment in the two groups. Results: No obvious vertebral collapse occurred in the two groups during the follow-up period. The VAS score and ODI score were significantly different between 1 months and 6 months before operation (P＜0.05), and there was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference in BMD between the preoperative and 1 months and 6 months after surgery (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups after one month treatment (P＞0.05). After 6 months treatment, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). Conclusions: The senile osteoporotic vertebral fracture with Bushenhuoxue decoction treatment, can improve the postoperative pain and recovery of function, can also help to improve bone mineral density.
