| 目的：观察耳部刺营结合逍遥丸治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：将120例纳入观察范围的病例随机等分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组予以耳部刺营结合逍遥丸治疗，对照组口服逍遥丸治疗。经过1个疗程的治疗，观察两组患者的皮损颜色和皮损面积评分，并判定疗效。结果：治疗组痊愈18例，显效24例，有效11例，无效7例，总有效率83.33%；对照组痊愈6例，显效12例，有效9例，无效33例，总有效率45.00%。治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组（P＜0.05），并且治疗组皮损面积评分和皮损颜色评分均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：耳部刺营联合逍遥丸治疗肝郁气滞型黄褐斑能显著消除患者皮损颜色和缩小皮损面积，是一种内服与外治相结合，脏腑与经络并举的健康、绿色和安全疗法。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ear needling combined with Xiao-yao Pill in the treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation type chloasma. Methods: 120 Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group were treated with ear needing and Xiao-yao Pill, and the control group were treated with Xiao-yao Pill. The scores of the area of stain and the area of skin lesion were evaluated in two groups before and after 1 course treatment. Results: In treatment group, 18 cases were cured, 24 cases were markedly effective, 11 cases effective, 7 cases not effective, total effective rate was 83.33%; in the control group, 6 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases effective, 33 cases not effective, total effective rate was 45.00%. The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05), and in the treatment group stain area and skin lesion area were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Ear acupuncture combined with Xiao-yao Pill in the treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation type chloasma can significantly eliminate stain area and reduce the lesion area, it is a green and safe therapy which combines oral administration with external treatment and treats internal organs, meridians and collaterals. |
