| 目的: 运用自拟活血化瘀汤结合冰敷治疗四肢骨折术后肿胀疼痛,并观察其疗效。方法: 随机选取自2015年04月-2017年04月在我院骨科住院行手术治疗的四肢闭合性骨折患者120例, 随机分为冰敷组、中药组、冰敷中药组和对照组各30例, 通过各组的不同治疗,观察各组患者治疗后第一天、三天、七天消肿止痛情况及治疗结束时患者满意度。结果：“对照组、冰敷组、中药组、中药冰敷组”各组患者随术后治疗时间推移,患肢肿胀均有不同程度减轻或消退,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患肢疼痛均有不同程度缓解或消失,治疗效果：中药冰敷组＞中药组＞冰敷组＞对照组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。满意率调查:中药冰敷组＞中药组＞冰敷组＞对照组,差异明显,有统计学意义(P |

| Objective : To observe the curative effect of self-made HuoXueHuaYu soup combined with ice compress on limb swelling and pain in limb fracture patients. Method：We randomly selected 120 patients with closed fracture of limbs in our department of orthopedics from April 2015 to April 2017. Randomly divided into ice compress group, Chinese medicine group, ice compress Chinese medicine group and control group, 30 cases each. Through each group"s different treatment, observe each group patient after the first day, three days, seven days detumescence, the pain relief situation and the treatment end patient satisfaction. Result: With the treatment time of each group, the swelling of the affected limb decreased or subsided in different degrees. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the pain in the affected limb was relieved or disappeared in different degrees.Treatment effect: Traditional Chinese medicine ice compress group > traditional Chinese medicine group > ice compress group > control group.SThe difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
