| 目的：通过应用中医“宣肺法”对98例外感引起的小儿哮喘发作期的症状、病机特点和治法方药的研究,使我们进一步的认识到了这类哮喘病的诊治规律。方法：我们把因外感引起的98例小儿哮喘,按其风寒、风热的属性设计了肺卫风热?清气郁蒸证、肺卫风寒?清阳郁遏证两个大的中医证型,应患方要求,随机分配到中药治疗组和西药对照组,采取针对性治疗,观察其疗效。结果：完成观察治疗的病例中,治疗组50例总有效率、显效率分别是96%、84%,对照组48例总有效率、显效率分别是95.8%、79.2%。结论：在小儿哮喘病的治疗中发现有它的特殊性,即小儿“脏气清灵,随拨随应”,治疗时“不必定喘,只须发散,发散则表邪尽去,而哮喘自平矣”,展现了中医学辨证论治的可靠性。 |

| Objective: By means of “dispersing lung qi”,To study the symptoms, pathogenesis, characteristics and therapeutic methods of asthma induced by 98 exceptions, and to further understand the diagnosis and treatment of this type of asthma. Methods: We treated 98 children with asthma caused by exogenous diseases, According to its cold, wind and heat attributes,The design of lung Wei-energy wind heat-Clear QI muggy、lung Wei-energy wind chill-Qing Yang Depressed repression of two large TCM syndromes,At the request of the sick party, the patients were randomly assigned to the Chinese medicine treatment group and the western medicine control group, and the targeted treatment was adopted to observe the curative effect and course of treatment. Results: in the observation and treatment cases, 50 cases in the treatment group, the total effective rate and apparent efficiency were 96% and 84%, compared with 48 cases in the control group, the total effective rate and apparent efficiency were 95.8% and 79.2% respectively. Conclusion: the specificity of asthma is found in the treatment of asthma, The internal organs of children are pure and intelligent, Random response,Treatment time Don"t need to just use stop Asthma, Only divergent treatments are needed,The cause of appearance is removed, while asthma is cured naturally,It shows the reliability of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. |
